Change the Price of an Item at Checkout – Vagaro Support

At checkout, you can make a one-time price change for an item in the shopping cart, such as marking down a damaged product or making another temporary price adjustment.

Prerequisites: This feature is available for all Vagaro businesses.

On a Phone

To edit an item's price at checkout:

Go to the Checkout screen, or check out the customer directly from the Calendar.
Select a customer and add items to their shopping cart. For existing appointments or classes, the customer is already selected and ready for checkout.
At the top of the screen, select Shopping Cart.
Select the item in the cart.
Update the price in the Price field.
Select Save.
Select Done to return to the Checkout screen.

On a Computer, Tablet, Pay Desk, or PayPro

To edit an item's price at checkout:

Go to the Checkout screen, or check out the customer directly from the Calendar.
Select a customer and add items to their shopping cart. For existing appointments or classes, the customer is already selected and ready for checkout.
Edit the item's price:
- For services, classes, or products: Select the box under Price and change the price of the item.
- For packages and memberships: Select the link under Item, enter the new price, and then select Add Package or Add Membership.
