Use the Email & Text Marketing feature to send forms for your customers to fill out. The different campaign types you can select allow for a variety of different use cases for sending forms. For example, you can use the before-visit campaign type to send customers the required forms before their appointment to streamline the check-in process at your business. You could also use the after-visit campaign type to send a feedback form to your customers after they finish their appointment.
Prerequisites: This feature requires at least one Form template created in your account and an Email or Text Marketing plan.
Send a direct link via text to your customers via a text message.
To add a form to a text campaign:

Go to

Select Create Campaign.

Under Select Delivery Method, select Text.

Finish configuring your campaign by entering a campaign name, selecting one of the following campaign types, and choosing who the campaign will send to:
After setting up your campaign settings, you can begin composing your message.

Enter the text message, then insert a link to your form:

While in the text box, select Insert Link.

Select Forms, then choose the form template to be included in the text.
A link to your form will be included in the text campaign.

Finish writing your text campaign, then select Next.

Schedule and announce your campaign:
-
Keep Send Now on to send this campaign as soon as you announce it. You'll also have the option to connect your Vagaro account with Facebook and post this campaign on your page.

Toggle Send Now off to Schedule a date and time for when you want to send out this campaign.
Agree to the acknowledgment, then select Announce when you're ready to send.

To add a form to a text campaign:

Go to Marketing:

On the Tablet, Pay Desk, or PayPro: Select Marketing at the bottom of the screen.

On the Web: Select Marketing at the top of the screen.

In the Email & Text Marketing box, select Create Campaign.

On the marketing dashboard, select Create Campaign.

Next to Select Delivery Method, choose Text.

Finish configuring your campaign by entering a campaign name, selecting one of the following campaign types, and choosing who the campaign will send to:
After setting up your campaign settings, you can begin composing your message.

Enter the text message, then insert a link to your form:

Agree to the acknowledgment, and Announce your campaign.

You can save a draft of your campaign by selecting Save for Later instead of announcing it right away.

In an email campaign, you can link to a form by adding a clickable button to your email or hyperlinking to the form directly in the body.
To add a form to an email campaign:

Select Create Campaign.

Choose a template for your email and design your email. When you're done designing your campaign, you can paste a link to your form directly in the body of the email campaign or link to the form with a button.
To change a button link:

Scroll down and select one of the buttons on the email, like Book With US 24/7.

Select the Right-Arrow > icon for the button you want to change.

Select Forms.

Enter the Button Text.

In Link URL, select the form you want to link to.

Select Save.

When you've finished drafting up your email, select Next at the bottom of the screen.

Add a link to the form in your email. You can add a link to the form as a hyperlink or button:

Add a text block to your email campaign.

Enter the text for the body.

Highlight the text to be hyperlinked, then select the Link button.

In the URL text box, paste the form link to your form.

Select OK, then select Save.

Announce your campaign by agreeing to the acknowledgment at the bottom of the screen, then select Announce.
