After running payroll for your employees, it will take four business days to process the funds and deposit them into their accounts.

Standard Weekly Schedule (No Holidays)

When running payroll, keep the following schedule in mind. There is a 4 PM PST cutoff when running payroll. If payroll is submitted after this time, processing will begin on the following business day.

Run Payroll Before 4 PM PST		Payday
Monday	→	Friday
Tuesday	→	Monday
Wednesday	→	Tuesday
Thursday	→	Wednesday
Friday	→	Thursday
Saturday	→	Friday
Sunday	→	Friday

Running Payroll on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

Saturday and Sunday do not count toward the four-day processing time. If you run payroll on either of these days, the system will begin processing the funds on Monday.

Holidays

Each holiday adds one additional processing day. For example, if a holiday falls on a Tuesday and payroll is processed on a Monday, employees will receive their funds the following Monday. If payroll is processed on the holiday itself, funds will be received the following Tuesday.
