If an employee hasn't completed their onboarding before their first pay day or cannot find their invitation, you can resend the invitation. Similarly, you can complete an employee's onboarding yourself rather than waiting for them to do so, as long as they haven't begun onboarding themselves yet or selected Get Started in their email invitation. These employees' payroll status will be shown as "Employee Completion Needed," and you will have to remove the employee from payroll and add them back again.
Prerequisites: This feature requires Vagaro Payroll and is available only to businesses in the US on the web, tablet, and Pay Desk.
To resend or cancel an onboarding invitation to an employee:

On the web, tablet, or Pay Desk, go to

Scroll down the screen to the Payroll tab.

On the Payroll tab, in the row of the employee to resend the onboarding invitation, select the Action button, then select Re-Send Onboarding Invite. Alternatively, select Cancel Self-onboarding if you would rather complete their onboarding yourself.
