Vagaro offers both contactless check-in and checkout to minimize the time customers spend checking in and out so you can spend more time with clients and taking care of your business.
Contactless check-in allows your customers to check in for their appointments when they're near or at your facility to reduce contact points and crowding in your waiting room and at your front desk. When a customer arrives for their appointment, they will use the Vagaro customer app to check-in, which will send a notification to the service provider that they've arrived. The customer can then wait in their car until you send a notification that you can see them.
You can also offer contactless checkout so your customers to can use their own phone at checkout to sign their transactions and enter a tip using their own device without using your payment hardware.
Prerequisites: This feature is available for all Vagaro businesses. Customers will need the Vagaro customer app to notify you about their arrival and to be notified that you're ready to begin their service.
