With the Require Digital Signatures feature, credit or debit card transactions will require a signature when greater than the transaction amount you set. For example, you can require a signature on all credit card purchases over $50.
Prerequisites: A device with touchscreen capabilities is required for digital signatures.
To require a digital signature:

Go to the Checkout screen.

Select the Gear icon.

Toggle Require Digitial Signature on, then set a minimum transaction total for digital signatures.
In the example above, the checkout will require only a signature for transactions over $200.

Select Save.
You can also set up this feature from your Taxes & Checkout settings.
To require a digital signature:

In the bottom-right corner, select the Arrow (V) button, then select Checkout Settings.

Toggle Require Digital Signature on.

Set a minimum transaction total for digital signatures.

When I follow the instructions for the mobile app the toggle isn’t there when I go to checkout

You may need to update the mobile app in order to see this feature, as we recently launched a new version that includes this feature.
