The Inventory by Status report allows you to track all your products by status, including purchased, lost items, damaged, expired, products set for business use only, and products that are unsold. The report has the following information:

Brand

Vendor

Product Type

Product

Qty: The current stock
-
Low Qty: The low quantity warning you set for each product.

Business Cost: The total business cost for each product
-
Potential Sale: The potential revenue if you sold the entire stock for this product.

Profit Margins (%): The percent value of profit based on the total business cost.
Prerequisites: This feature is available for all Vagaro businesses.
To run the report:

Go to
→ → → . The report will automatically run this month's data for purchased products. -
Set a Date Range for your report:

Near the top of the screen, select the Date Range field.

Select a preset date range, like Last 30 Days or This Year, or select Custom to set a more specific date range. Select Apply to save.

To filter the report, select the Filter button and select the following filters as needed:

Status: Filter products that were marked as, for example, Lost, Damaged, or Unsold during date range:
Note
A product's status can change by manually decreasing its quantity or selling it online and in-house.

Brand: Filter the report for one brand.

Product Type: Filter the report for one product type. The options available depend on the brand selected.

Product: Filter the report for one product. The options available depend on the brand or product selected.

Vendor: Filter the report for one vendor.

Select Run Report.

Optionally, select the Action button to print a copy of your report or export it to PDF or Excel.

On the right of the date picker, you can select a preset date range, like Last 30 Days or This Year, or manually select a date range in the FROM and TO calendars.
