Assign a Color to a Class – Vagaro Support

When you assign a color to a class, you're actually assigning a color to its class category. Selecting a color for a class category will also apply to all its services so you can visually identify what type of class is scheduled on the calendar.

Prerequisites: This feature is available for all Vagaro businesses. At least one class category and a class must already be created.

On a Phone

To assign a color to a class's class category:

Select More → Settings → Service/Class Menu.
Select Classes.
Select the class category, and then select Edit.
In the Category screen, select a Color. Optionally, you can update the Category Name as well.
Select Save. A circle with the color you chose is shown next to the class category's name.

On a Computer, Tablet, Pay Desk, or PayPro

To assign a color to a class's class category:

Select Settings → Service/Class Menu.

Your service menu appears.
Select Classes.
Select the class category Action menu, and then select Edit.
In the Category popup, select a color. Optionally, update the category name as well.
Select Save. A circle with your chosen color is shown next to the class category's name.
