Add and Edit a Class Image – Vagaro Support

Adding photos to your class menu is a great way to showcase your services when customers register for classes. Any images you upload can then be edited using the Vagaro Image Editor to ensure they look perfect for your booking page.

Note

The maximum file size is 4 MB. Picture dimensions should be approximately 798px (wide) x 894px (high).

Add or Update a Class Image

Add an image to your class to showcase what they'll learn. This image will appear to your customers when they book online.

On a Phone

Note

The Vagaro Image Editor is not available on the phone version of Vagaro.

To add a class image:

Select More → Settings → Service/Class Menu.
Select Classes.
Select the class you want to change, then select Edit, or you can create a new one.
Scroll to the bottom of the Class screen, select Add Photo, and then take a new photo with your Camera or select one from your device's Photo Gallery.

If there's already a class photo, select it to choose another one.
Select Save.

On a Computer, Tablet, Pay Desk, or PayPro

To add a class image:

Select Settings → Service/Class Menu.

Your service menu appears.
Select the Classes tab.
Select the class you want to change, or you can create a new one.
In the class photo box, select Choose File or drop a file into it. The Vagaro Image Editor will open.

If there's already a class photo, select the photo, then select Change Photo.
Edit your image as needed, then select Save.
Select Save in the bottom-right corner.

Edit a Class Image

Crop, add effects, and stylize your image with the Vagaro Image Editor by editing your image.

Note

The Vagaro Image Editor is not available on the phone version of Vagaro.

To edit a class image:

Select Settings → Service/Class Menu.

Your service menu appears.
Select the Classes tab.
Select the class you want to change.
Select the class photo, select Change Photo, and then select Edit Photo. The Vagaro Image Editor will open.
Edit your image as needed, then select Save.
Select Save in the bottom-right corner.

Remove a Class Image

Remove the image from your class so it will not be shown on your listing page. Images that have been removed cannot be restored and will have to be readded again.

On a Phone

To remove a class photo:

Select More → Settings → Service/Class Menu.
Select Classes.
Select the class you want to change, then select Edit.
Scroll to the bottom of the Class screen, select the photo, and select Delete Photo.
Select Save.

On a Computer, Tablet, Pay Desk, or PayPro

To remove a class photo:

Select Settings → Service/Class Menu.

Your service menu appears.
Select the Classes tab.
Select the class you want to change.
Select the class photo, select Change Photo, and then select Remove Photo.
In the confirmation popup, select Remove.
Select Save in the bottom-right corner.
