Change the Order of the Class Menu

Organize your class menu so that more popular classes and class categories are at the top of your menu on your Vagaro Listing Page.

Prerequisites: This feature is available for all Vagaro businesses.

Change the Order of Your Class Categories

Change which categories show up first in your class menu.

On a Phone

To change the order of categories:

  1. Go to More → Settings → Things We Sell → Service/Class Menu.

  2. Select the Classes tab.

  3. Select the Move hamburger.png button for the category you want to move and then drop it in the preferred position.

On the Web, Tablet, Pay Desk, or PayPro

  1. Go to Settings → Things We Sell → Service/Class Menu.

  2. Select the Classes tab.

  3. Select the Move hamburger.png button for the class you want to move and then drop it in the preferred position.

  4. If you are moving multiple categories simultaneously, you can manage the class menu:

    1. In the top-left corner, select the Edit list, then select Change Class Category.

    2. Under Category, choose the category you want to change. The classes in that category will be displayed to the right.

    3. Select the Up caret-up-solid.png or Down caret-down-sharp-solid.png buttons to change the order of your categories.

Change the Order of Classes in a Category

Change which classes show up first in each category.

On a Phone

To change the order of classes in category:

  1. Go to More → Settings → Things We Sell → Service/Class Menu.

  2. Select the Classes tab.

  3. Select the Move hamburger.png button for the class you want to move and then drop it in the preferred position.

On the Web, Tablet, Pay Desk, or PayPro

To change the order of classes in category:

  1. Go to Settings → Things We Sell → Service/Class Menu.

  2. Select the Classes tab.

  3. Select the Move hamburger.png button for the class you want to move and then drop it in the preferred position.

  4. If you are moving multiple classes simultaneously, you can manage the entire category:

    1. In the top-left corner, select the Edit list, then select Change Class Category.

    2. Under Category, choose the category you want to change. The classes in that category will be displayed to the right.

    3. Select the Up caret-up-solid.png or Down caret-down-sharp-solid.png buttons to change the order of your categories.

    4. Under Classes, select a class, then select the Up caret-up-solid.png or Down caret-down-sharp-solid.png buttons to change the order of that class.

Move a Class to Another Category

Quickly move a class to another class category.

On a Phone

To move a class to another category:

  1. Go to More → Settings → Things We Sell → Service/Class Menu.

  2. Select the Classes tab.

  3. Select the class you want to move, select Move to Category, and then select the category you want to move it to.

On the Web, Tablet, Pay Desk, or PayPro

To move a class to another category:

  1. Go to Settings → Things We Sell → Service/Class Menu.

  2. Select the Classes tab.

  3. For the class you want to move, select the Action kebab menu, select Move To, and then select the category you want to move it to.
