If a Vagaro business doesn't have an appointment on the date or time you want, you can add yourself to their Waitlist. You can also keep track of the status of the appointment and remove yourself from the list at any time. When an appointment that meets your search criteria becomes available, you'll receive an email, text message, or in-app notification, depending on your notification settings, letting you know that an appointment has become available and that you can book it right now. Add yourself to a business's waitlist for a service by selecting the date and time range you are willing to accept.
To join the waitlist for a service:

On the business's booking page, select the Services tab.

Search for the service you'd like to book. If there is no availability for the date and time you want, select the Add to Waitlist button.

Configure your waitlist preferences, then select Add to Waitlist.

Choose to waitlist yourself, a family member, or a friend.

Choose a service provider. You can also select multiple providers at once.

Select a time range for your appointment, like Anytime, Morning, Afternoon, or Evening.

Select Add Waitlist Date & Time to add another requested appointment time.
A message will display on the screen that you are on the waitlist. The business will be notified that you are on the waitlist and you will be notified when a spot becomes available for you to book.

To join the waitlist for a service:

On the business's booking page, select the Services tab.

Search for the service you'd like to book. If there is no availability for the date and time you want, select the Add to Waitlist button.

If you're wondering if you're still on a business's waitlist, you can check your status on the Appointments screen and book it if the appointment is available.
To view your waitlisted appointment and book it if it is available:

At the bottom of the screen, select Appointments
.

On the Upcoming tab, look at your waitlisted appointments.
If an appointment is available, the Book button appears next to the Remove from Waitlist button.

To book the appointment:

Select Book.

Select Sign Up below the appointment.

Verify the details of the appointment, then select Next.

Select Add to Cart and keep shopping at the business, or select Checkout to provide payment.

To view your waitlisted appointment and book it if it is available:

In the top-right corner, hover over or select your profile icon, then select Appointments.

On the Upcoming tab, look at your waitlisted appointments.
If an appointment is available, the Book button appears next to the Remove from Waitlist button.

To book the appointment:

Select Book.

Select Sign Up below the appointment.

Verify the details of the appointment, then select Next.

Select Add to Cart and keep shopping at the business, or select Checkout to provide payment.

If you no longer want to wait for an appointment to become available, you should cancel your spot on the waitlist so you aren't automatically booked or contacted when one is.
To cancel a waitlisted appointment:

At the bottom of the screen, select Appointments
.

On the Upcoming tab, look at your waitlisted appointments.

Below the waitlisted appointment to cancel, select Remove from Waitlist.

In the Remove from Waitlist popup, select Remove to confirm.
The waitlisted appointment is removed from the Upcoming tab.
To cancel a waitlisted appointment:

In the top-right corner, hover over or select your profile icon, then select Appointments.

On the Upcoming tab, look at your waitlisted appointments.

Below the waitlisted appointment to cancel, select Remove from Waitlist.

In the Remove from Waitlist popup, select Remove to confirm.
The waitlisted appointment is removed from the Upcoming tab.
