Easily rebook your favorite services or class sessions on the Vagaro app or website, whether you're scheduling a follow-up appointment with a preferred provider or reserving another class session.
To rebook a class or service, you'll need to sign in to your Vagaro customer account. If you don't have a Vagaro account, you can contact the business, and they will send you your login information.
Prerequisites?
Did you enjoy the service you received from a business? You can rebook that service with the same service provider directly from your profile.
To reschedule an appointment:

At the bottom of the screen, select Appointments .

On the Past tab, select Rebook in the appointment.

Choose a timeslot that works for you:
Tip
Don't see an appointment time that works for you? If the business allows, you can add yourself to the waitlist.
Selecting a timeslot will bring you to the booking screen.

Finalize your appointment:

If you're booking for someone else, select a family, friend or pet in Who Are You Booking For.

Under About your appointment, enter any notes or requests to the business.

Review and accept the business's cancellation policy (if applicable).
Note
Please enter your credit card information if the business requires deposits, credit card holds, or prepay for bookings.

Some businesses may require a deposit or card on file before scheduling an appointment. You'll need to enter or use a credit card on file or use another payment method to pay for the deposit.

Select Book or Request to schedule the appointment.

Want to schedule another class session? You can schedule another class session with the same instructor from your profile.
To rebook a class session:

Choose the class session you want to book, then select Sign Up.
Note
The available times are based on the location you searched or your browser's location settings. You can change the displayed times by selecting the location next to Time Based On and entering the name of a different city.
A popup will display to choose how many class sessions you want to book.

In the popup, configure your class schedule, then select Next.

Number of Attendees: Choose whether it's just you attending the class or if you want to sign up others as well.

Number of Sessions: Choose the number of sessions you want to sign up for.

Where would you like to take this class: Some businesses offer classes in-house or online. Choose how you want to attend, if applicable.

Sign up every: Choose how often you want to attend this class. Select the weeks box to switch between a weekly or monthly frequency. For example, if the class is offered multiple days of the week, you can register for a class every other Friday.
Note
If you select a month frequency, you can enter the day of the month you want to schedule each month. For example, the fifth of every month. The field is not for scheduling every one, two, or three months.

Start Date: Choose when you want to start attending your class.
Note
Optionally, the business may have additional add-ons you can add to your class. Choose any add-ons you want to add, then select Continue.

Optionally, if you're booking the class for someone else, you can change Who you are booking for, then select Checkout to open the shopping cart.

You can choose from family, friends, or pets you've added to your profile.

To add a new profile, scroll down the list and select Add Family & Friends or Add Guest.

On the shopping cart screen, you can remove items from your card or select Continue to checkout.

Acknowledge the business's cancellation or refund policies, and then select Book to finish.

If you are joining a live stream, select your current location to get the correct class time on your calendar.

The business may require a card on file or a deposit to register for a class. You can use a card on file or another payment method like a gift card, package visit, or membership to pay for the deposit.
