Note
If you are a Vagaro business or employee, you can view your upcoming appointments and class sessions from the Calendar.
View and manage your upcoming appointments from the Vagaro app or on Vagaro.com. When viewing your appointments and classes, you can reschedule, add an appointment to your calendar, or find directions.
Prerequisites: Requires at least one scheduled appointment or class.
To view upcoming appointments and classes:

At the bottom of the screen, select Appointments
.

On the Upcoming tab, view all your upcoming services and classes.
The appointment or class details will be displayed on the appointment. You can view the service name, the provider performing the service, the date and time of the service, the price you paid, and the appointment status. If the status displays Cancelled, No Show, or Denied, you'll need to either rebook the appointment or contact the business. You'll also see icons on your appointment if you paid in full (
), put down a deposit (
), paid with a package (
), or paid with a membership (
).

Optionally, filter your appointments by selecting an item in the All Appointments list:

All Appointments (selected by default): All appointments you've scheduled for yourself, family, and friends.

My Appointments: Appointments you scheduled for yourself.

Family & Friend Appointments: Appointments you've scheduled for your family and friends.

Manage your upcoming appointments:

Select Reschedule to change the date, time, or the service or class being performed.

Select the More list for additional options:

Get Directions: View the location of the business and get directions.

Add To Calendar: Add the appointment to your device's calendar app.

View Business: See the business's information page.

Message Business: Send a direct message to the business, if the business allows.

Cancel Appointment: Cancel the appointment and notify the business.

To view upcoming appointments and classes:

In the top-right corner, hover over or select your profile icon, then select Appointments.

On the Upcoming tab, view all your upcoming services and classes.
