On Vagaro, you can book a mobile service or "house call" with a business. A mobile service is a service type where the business comes to you instead of you going to the business. Businesses that offer mobile services will have a Mobile Service icon on their business in search results or on services in their menu.
Prerequisites: To book an appointment, you'll need to sign in to your Vagaro customer account. If you've booked with a business before, you can contact them to send your login information, or you can create a new profile with the business.
If you're not sure which business you want to book with, you can search for businesses in your area that offer a specific service.
To search for businesses on Vagaro:

Select the Home button at the bottom of the screen.

Begin searching for the business by choosing a business type or searching for individual businesses:

To search for a specific type of business, select Beauty, Wellness, or Fitness under the search bar, then select the specific business type you want.

To filter your search down more specifically, select the search bar to search for a specific business, service, and time you want to book. Under Type of Service, select Mobile Service to filter for businesses that offer mobile services. Select Search to apply filters.
The system will display a list of businesses in your area or the area you searched.

Find and select the business you want to book. You can perform some actions on this screen to see specific businesses:

Select Mobile Services at the top of the screen to view businesses that only offer mobile services.

Select Sort in the top-right corner to see the business Nearest (default) to you or businesses that are the Highest Rated.

Select Map to see a map of all the available locations.

Select Filter at the bottom of the screen to reduce the businesses shown.

To search for a business on Vagaro:

Begin searching for the business by choosing a business type or searching for individual businesses:

To search for a specific type of business, select one of the business types, like Beauty, Wellness, or Fitness, under the search bar.

To search a specific business name or location, enter the name or city in the Business Name or Location search box, then select Search.

To search for a specific service or class, enter the name in Search Services and Classes, select the class or service you want to book, and then select Search.

To find a business available at a specific time, select the Anytime list and choose a date and time you want to book, then select Search.
The system will display a list of businesses in your area or the area you searched.

Find and select the business you want to book. You can perform some actions on this screen to see specific businesses:

Select Mobile Services at the top-left corner of the screen to view businesses that only offer mobile services.

Use the map to view businesses in your city and find what's near you. You can select a marker on the map to view that business.

Select Filters to reduce the businesses shown.

Select Sort to see the business Nearest (default) to you or businesses that are the Highest Rated.

After finding the business you want to book with, you can begin scheduling an appointment.
To schedule a service:

On the business's listing page, select Services. All the services the business offers will be displayed.

Expand the categories to see more services.

Find the Mobile Service you want to book, then depending on how the business is set up, select one of the book buttons:

Book Now: Book the appointment on the business's calendar.

Request: This business requires acceptance for all appointments. You'll need to request the appointment before being scheduled.

Add to Cart: This business allows you to prepay for appointments before booking. Add the service to your cart and continue shopping.
Note
Optionally, the business may have additional add-ons you can add to your service. Choose any add-ons you want to add, then select Continue.

Choose your service location, then select Continue.

At the Business's Location: Have the service performed at the business.

At My Location: Have the service performed at the address in your profile.

Different Location: Enter another location and have the service provider meet you there.

Choose an employee and date for your appointment, then choose a timeslot that works for you:

Select Change to filter the scheduler for a different service, specific employee(s), and the day you want to book. You can also select Add Service to book up to six services at once.

Under the This Week heading, swipe left and right to move through the different weeks, then select a date to view more appointments.

Select a timeslot to schedule the appointment.
Tip
Don't see an appointment time that works for you? If the business allows, you can add yourself to the waitlist.
Selecting a timeslot will bring you to the booking screen.

Finalize your appointment:

If you're booking for someone else, select a family, friend or pet in Who Are You Booking For.

Under About your appointment, enter any notes or requests to the business.

Review and accept the business's cancellation policy (if applicable).

Some businesses may require a deposit or card on file before scheduling an appointment. You'll need to enter or use a credit card on file or use another payment method to pay for the deposit.

Select Book or Request to schedule the appointment.
To schedule a service:

Select the Services tab.

Find the Mobile Service you want to book, then depending on how the business is set up, select one of the book buttons:

Book Now: Book the appointment on the business's calendar.

Under This Week, select the Left < and Right > buttons to move through the different weeks to view more appointments availability.

Select a timeslot to book that appointment.
