After an employee profile has been set up and configured, it can be updated at any time to edit the employee's profile details, password and security access, services, and rent collection information. The users who can access or change their own or others' employee profiles depends on access level permissions that have been allowed.
Prerequisites: This feature is available for all Vagaro businesses.
To edit an employee profile:

Go to

Select Employees to view the employee list.

Select the employee's profile.

In the employee's profile, under Locations, select the Action menu, then select an option:

Edit Profile: Update the employee's name, email, profile photo, phone number, and so on.

Edit Locations: For multi-location businesses. Update the employee's access level or add/remove them from other locations.

Edit Password & Security: Update an employee's access level, employee type, security question, and password.

Hours: Update an employee's working hours.

Services: Update the services and classes an employee offers.

At the end of the employee's row, select the Action menu, then select an option:

Edit Profile: Update the employee's name, email, Password & Security settings, and so on.

Edit Locations: For multi-location businesses. Add/remove this employee from other locations.

Hours: Update an employee's working hours.

Services: Update the services and classes an employee offers.
