After you've added an employee profile, it can be updated at any time to edit the employee's profile details, password and security access, services, and rent collection information. The users who can access or change their own or others' employee profiles depends on the access level permissions that have been allowed.
Prerequisites: This feature is available for all Vagaro businesses.
To edit an employee profile:

Select More

Select Employees to view all profiles, then select the employee's profile from the list.

In the employee's profile, under Locations, select the Action
menu, then select the task to perform (if available):

Edit Profile: Update the employee's personal information, such as their name, email, phone, and so on, profile photo, employee bio, company information, and which notifications to receive.
Note
An employee's Start Date can only be modified by the business owner or the employee's manager (Reports To).

Edit Locations: For multi-location businesses. Update the employee's access level or add/remove them from other locations.

Edit Password & Security: Update an employee's access level, employee type, password, and security question.

Hours: Update an employee's working hours.

Services: Update the services and classes an employee performs.

Rent Collection: Set up or update automatic rent collection from the employee.

Deactivate or Activate Employee: Prevent or allow the employee's profile to access your Vagaro business account.

Enable or Disable Online Booking: Whether customers can book appointments with the employee from your Vagaro Listing Page. If enabled, you can also select whether customers will require acceptance for appointments or Vagaro can auto-assign bookings.

Transfer Employee Data: Change the business owner or transfer the employee's information to or from another business.

Reassign: Move all appointments on the employee's calendar to another employee's. This task should be done before changing the business owner, deactivating, or deleting an employee profile.

To edit an employee profile:

At the end of the employee's row, select the Action

Edit Profile: Update the employee's personal information, such as their name, email, phone, and so on, profile photo, employee bio, company information, and which notifications to receive.
