All employee profiles are required to set up a security question and answer, and every employee should know the answer to their profile's security question. When they speak or chat with a Vagaro support agent, they will have to provide this word or phrase to verify their identity before we can assist with your Vagaro account. If they don't recall the answer to your security question, they can also provide the first two and last two digits of their SSN in their merchant account if they have one; otherwise, we can only answer general questions about using Vagaro and refer them to our support articles.
Prerequisites: This feature is available for all Vagaro businesses.
To change an employee's security question and answer:

Go to

Select Employees to view the employee list.

Select the employee's profile.

In the employee's profile, under Locations, select the Action menu, then select Edit Password & Security.

In the Security Question list, select a question to be asked.

Enter your Security Answer for your security question.

Enter a new Password. Reenter the password in the Confirm Password field.

Select Save.
To change an employee's security question and answer:

At the end of the employee's row, select the Action menu, then select Edit Profile.

Select the Password & Security tab.

Enter a new Password. Reenter the password in the Confirm Password field.

In the Security Question list, select a question to be asked, then enter their Security Answer.
