If your employee can't access their account, you can help them change their password and security question from their employee profile.
Prerequisites: Only the account owner can change an employee's security question and password.
To change an employee's security question and answer:

Select → → .

Select Employees to view all profiles, then select the employee's profile from the list.

From their profile, next to your business's name, select → .

Update your employee's information:

Select a new Security Question and Security Answer.

Enter a new Password and Confirm Password.

Select Save.
To change an employee's security question and answer:

Select → .

Next to the employee's profile, select → .

In the Password & Security tab, update your employee's information:

Select a new Security Question and Security Answer.

Enter a new Password and Confirm Password.
Note
If multi-location is configured, you can update the employee's information under Basic Information. The Password & Security tab will not display.
