Downloading an employee's service and price list lets you save it in PDF or Excel format to your device's download folder. You can then open the file to view or print it.
Prerequisites: This feature is available for all Vagaro businesses.
To export an employee's service and price list:

Go to → → .

Select Employees to view the employee list.

At the top of the screen, select the Action
menu, then select one of the following options:

Print: Send their service list to a network printer to print out a hard copy.

Export PDF or Export Excel: Saves their service list in PDF or Excel format.

To export an employee's service and price list:

Go to → → .

In the employee's Status column, select Services.

At the top of the screen print or download the employee's price list:

Select the Print
button to print a copy.

Select the Download
button, then select whether to save the list in PDF or Excel format.

is there a way to import services from a spreadsheet? i have the spreadsheet of my services from my old job and now i have my own account and i would love to not have to imput this stuff manually if i can just import it instead. thank you

Yes, you can email the spreadsheet to our Team at support@vagaro.com so they can import the list for you. There may be a fee for this service, but our Team will let you know once they receive your email.

When I go to download a price list for an individual stylist it automatically downloads every service and price. It will not print an individual price list.
I've been able to print individual price lists for employees this way before and now I'm not able to. I see there's a comment from 9 months ago about this same issue. Was this bug ever fixed? And if not, why?
