In addition to giving points to your customers for referring new clients and paying for services and classes, you can also let customers earn points by leaving a review on your Vagaro Listing Page. Depending on your settings, customers can redeem their points for the full or partial amount of points you require to purchase additional services, classes, and even products.
Tip
To prevent unknown users and other people who've never visited your businesses from leaving reviews, you can limit reviews to only verified customers of your business in your Online Appointment Rules.
Note
Customers can earn points for service bundles, memberships, and packages, but they cannot redeem points to purchase them. Points cannot be earned or redeemed for Daily Deals.
Prerequisites: This feature is available for all Vagaro businesses.
To give customers points for leaving a review on your Vagaro Listing Page:

Go to Taxes & Checkout.

Scroll down to the Other Payment Methods section.

Enter the amount of points you want to give your customers if they write a review:

That still doesn't work it's not calculating on the customer management screen. I have a client who has given 3 reviews and still has no points at all.
BEWARE!! I turned on this feature to give back my customers. This feature doesn’t give you a start date for the rewards. One of my customers was able to leave 32 reviews in ONE session. She hasn’t been in the shop for 4 months. She then booked 3 free services. She of course is upset and I had to negotiate with her because she has the power to leave me 32 negative reviews. I searched all over the internet and Vagaro support. I did not find any information on this topic. My guess is customers are allowed to leave reviews for past services. I was under the impression that only one review was allowed per profile and a customer could update the review if needed. This isn’t the case , it seems customers can leave a review per service. That makes no sense.

When do the customers receive points? This isn't working automatically for us.
Fabiane: I looked at your business's account and can see customers who left reviews in the past few days that have had the points for review applied to their points balances. I can't tell if that's been done manually.
I just tested on my system and can see that the points for a review are posted to the customer's account immediately. Please contact Support if this isn't working correctly for you.
