The New vs Returning report is used to compare how many new and existing customers booked appointments with you during a date range, either in-house or online, such as on the Vagaro Marketplace, social media links, booking widget, MySite, Google, Apple Maps, and so on. When you first open the report, the data will be shown in a stacked bar chart. Each bar shows the total appointments for a given time period (day, week, month, or year) and includes up to four sections for each customer type, which are also listed in the legend beside the report:
-
In-House - New: Customers who didn't have a customer profile with the business and booked their appointment in person or on the phone.
-
In-House - Returning: Customers who have previously had an appointment at the business and booked another one in person or on the phone.
-
Online - New: Customers who didn't have a customer profile with the business and booked their appointment online either on the business's Vagaro Listing Page or another online appointment source.
-
Online - Returning: Customers who have previously had an appointment at the business and booked their appointment online either on the business's Vagaro Listing Page or another online appointment source.

Whilst it is good that I can see how many new customer there are, I can't click on the boxes on the chart to take me to the actual customers.
this is actually quite frustrating- how do we manage new clients when we cannont even access who they are...I don't understand how this feature is not highest priority...
All: Hope you get to notice that there is now a link in the drill-down detail for this report that links to the customer's profile!
