See Which Customers Booked the Most or Least Appointments

The Customer List report lets you identify which customers book the most and the fewest appointments. Use it to understand client activity, recognize your regulars, and find opportunities to win back less-frequent visitors. If you want to view bookings over a set time period, like one month or one year, you can change the date range of the report.

Prerequisites: This feature is available for all Vagaro businesses.

On a Phone

To run the report:

  1. Select More This is an icon used to go to the More initial navigation step on the Vagaro website and the Vagaro Pro app. → Reports → Customers.

  2. In the top-right corner, select Filters filters_icon_2x.png.

  3. Select Sort By → Booking.

  4. Select whether to sort by Highest to Lowest or Lowest to Highest.

  5. Optionally, narrow your report for a specific date range or employee:

    • Select Date Range, then choose a new range, like one month or one year, to only show bookings made in a set time period.

    • Select Employee, then choose an employee to track how many times customers booked with them.

  6. Select Run Report.

The report is sorted by bookings.

On a Computer, Tablet, Pay Desk, or PayPro

To run the report:

  1. Select Reports Decorative solid black rectangle, which is usually an icon for reports or charts. → Customers.

  2. Set the date range for your report:

    1. In the top-right corner, select Date Range calendar-regular-full.png to open the date picker.

    2. Use the date picker to choose a date range or a preset range like Yesterday or Last 7 Days.

    3. If you manually selected a date range, select Submit.

  3. Optionally, to see how often customers booked with a single employee:

    1. In the top-right corner, select Filters filter-solid-full.png.

    2. Use the Employees list to select that employee.

    3. Select Run Report.

  4. Use the Sort By list to select Booking.

  5. Next to the Sort By list, choose how to sort your customers:

    • Highest to Lowest arrow-down-z-a-solid-full.png: See customers sorted from the most to least bookings.

    • Lowest to Highest arrow-up-a-z-solid-full.png: See customers sorted from least to most bookings.

The report is sorted by bookings.

    I just need to run report with clients in the month of April. Not how much they spent. We just need it for a drawing

    Hi Stephanie, you can use the Customers Reports and set the month of April in the date range. This will display all customers who've made bookings and purchases during that month.

    hello, i am trying to see who my top customers were for this year. i followed all the steps but there isn’t a button to sort from highest to lowest once i run the report. TIA
