The Customer List report lets you identify which customers book the most and least appointments. Use it to understand client activity, recognize your regulars, and find opportunities to win back less-frequent visitors.
Prerequisites: This feature is available for all Vagaro businesses.
To run the report:

Select → → .

In the top-right corner, select Filters
.

To set a date range, select All Dates next to Date Range and choose your new range.
Note
Changing the date range will only show how many appointments were booked during that period.

To see the number of bookings made only with a specific employee, select their name in the Employee filter.

Under Sort, select → , then choose Highest to Lowest or Lowest to Highest.

Select Run Report.
You can now see which customers booked the most or least appointments at your business.
To run the report:

To set a date range for the report, select Advanced Filters to show more filter options, choose a Date Range, and then select Run Report.

To see the number of bookings made only with a specific employee, select their name in the Service Provider menu.

From the Sort By menu, select Booking.

Next to Sort By, make sure the sort button is in the right position:

Lowest to Highest Z - A
: See customers sorted from the least to the most appointments.

Highest to Lowest A - Z
: See customers sorted from the most to the least appointments.

You can now see which customers booked the most or least appointments at your business.

I just need to run report with clients in the month of April. Not how much they spent. We just need it for a drawing
Hi Stephanie, you can use the Customers Reports and set the month of April in the date range. This will display all customers who've made bookings and purchases during that month.
hello, i am trying to see who my top customers were for this year. i followed all the steps but there isn’t a button to sort from highest to lowest once i run the report. TIA
