Link Your Social Media Profiles

Enter your business's social media URLs in Vagaro so they appear in your email marketing campaigns and email appointment notifications.

Note

As of 6/20/2025, blog is no longer an option on the Social Links page. If you want to promote your blog, you can create a custom email and text campaign or add it to email notifications.

Prerequisites: This feature is available for all Vagaro businesses.

To link your business to your social media sites:

  1. Go to Social Links:

    • Phone: Select More This is an icon used to go to the More initial navigation step on the Vagaro website and the Vagaro Pro app. → Settings → Social Links.

    • Computer, Tablet, Pay Desk, or PayPro: Select Settings gear → Social Links.

  2. Enter the URL of your business's social media page in the corresponding field. For example, to link your Facebook business page, enter www.facebook.com/RockStarz in the Facebook field.

  3. When you have finished entering the URL, select Test Link to visit the page and make sure the link is correct.

  4. Select Save.
