Known Issue with Chrome Browsers
We’re aware of an issue in the latest Chrome and Edge updates that can prevent your device from pairing. Our team is working on a fix. In the meantime, follow the troubleshooting steps below.

Open Vagaro in Chrome or Edge.

Go to permissions:

Change your permissions:

Chrome: From the Apps on device list, select Allow.

Edge: From the Sites can ask to connect to any device on your local network list, select Allow.

The PayPro Mini allows you to securely accept credit card payments on your Mac or PC. To connect your PayPro Mini, you'll need to install or update the Vagaro Pro Utility, plug in your device, and complete the pairing process. Once connected, your PayPro Mini will automatically pair with your computer whenever it's plugged in.
Once connected, the PayPro Mini becomes an extension of your checkout. The screen stays idle until you add an item in Vagaro, instantly displaying the total. Customers can tap, insert, or swipe their card on the PayPro Mini screen when it's time to charge. They can also add a tip and choose to print a receipt—all from the device.
Note
Your computer and PayPro Mini can only be connected via USB-C and must always be plugged in to stay connected. You will not get the option to print a tip receipt if you use the PayPro Mini to check out customers.
Prerequisites: This feature is available only in the US and requires PayPro Mini, an active Internet connection, and Credit Card Processing. You can't pair a PayPro Mini with a Chromebook or Pay Desk.
You must download the Vagaro Pro utility on your device to pair with the PayPro Mini. If you already have the Vagaro Pro utility, make sure it's on version 1.2.1 or above (Windows) or 1.1.6 or above (Mac).
To update the utility:

Open Vagaro on the device you want to pair with.

Go to the Checkout
screen.

Unplug the Vagaro Credit Card Reader, PayPro Go, or PayPro Mini from your device if you haven't already.

In the bottom-right corner, select Pay By Card, then select PayPro Mini. A popup will appear, asking you to update the Vagaro Pro utility. If a popup does not appear, you're up-to-date.

If there is an update, a popup will appear, prompting you to download the updated utility. Download the file.

Open the file in your Downloads folder to install the updated utility. After installation is complete, you can pair your device and continue accepting credit card payments.
The PayPro Mini can only be connected to a computer through a USB-C cable. After connecting the two devices, you can pair them together.
To connect your PayPro Mini:

Press and hold the power button on the PayPro mini until it powers on.

Using the USB-C cable included with your PayPro Mini, plug one end of the cable into the port on the back of the dock or directly into the PayPro Mini.

Plug the other end of the USB-C cable into your computer. The PayPro Mini will make a "ding" sound and will show the onboarding screen.
Pair your PayPro Mini to begin accepting credit cards. After pairing the two devices for the first time, your PayPro will automatically pair with your device whenever they're connected.
To pair your PayPro Mini:

Open Vagaro on the device you want to pair with.

Go to the Checkout

In the bottom-right corner, select Connect, then select PayPro Mini in the menu. The Connect button will change to Pay With Card when successfully paired.

We have tried to connect the pay pro mini to our PC multiple times but it ends up giving us a “disconnected” error. We have tried redownloading the firmware but no luck
