Forget the Card Reader from Bluetooth Settings – Vagaro Support

You'll need to forget your credit card reader from your Bluetooth settings if you receive the "Please remove device from Bluetooth settings" error message. You should always pair your credit card reader through the Vagaro Pro app. Pairing your device through your Bluetooth settings will cause connection issues.

Forget Device on iOS

To forget a device:

On your device, go to Settings → Bluetooth.
Find the device starting with "CB2" or "CB3," then select the Information button.
Select Forget Device, then select Forget Device to confirm.
Follow the credit card reader pairing instructions.

Forget Device on Android

To forget a device:

Go to Settings → Connected devices → Connection preferences → Bluetooth.
Select the device starting with "CB2" or "CB3."
Tap Forget or Unpair.
Follow the credit card reader pairing instructions.
