To help organize the marketing dashboard, you can archive, unarchive, or delete your campaigns from the dashboard. Campaigns can only be deleted if they are set as drafts and have not been published yet.
Prerequisites: Requires at least one active email or text campaign.
Archiving a published campaign will no longer send messages to your customers and cannot be turned back on by mistake. However, archived campaigns can be turned back on at any time.
To archive a campaign:

Select the Marketing tab.

Under the Email & Text Marketing heading, select Create Campaign to go to the marketing dashboard.

Optionally, on the left side of the screen, select one of the following:

All Messages
-
Sent
-
Sending Rueue
-
Automated Sends
-

Find the campaign to archive:
-
Use the Search box to find a specific campaign.

In the All Campaigns list, filter by Text or Email campaigns.

For the campaign you want to archive, select the Action menu, then select Archive.

Select Archive again to confirm.
Campaigns that are still in draft status cannot be archived and can only be deleted. Deleting a draft campaign
To delete a campaign:

Select the Marketing tab.

Under the Email & Text Marketing heading, select Create Campaign to go to the marketing dashboard.

On the left side of the screen, select the Draft tab.

Find the campaign you want to delete:

Use the Search box to find a specific campaign.

In the All Campaigns menu, filter by Text or Email campaigns.

For the campaign to be deleted, select the Action menu, then select Delete.

Select Delete again to confirm.
All archived campaigns are grouped together so you have a record of all your previous campaigns. You can unarchive a campaign and reannounce it whenever you want.
To unarchive a campaign:

Select the Marketing tab.

Under the Email & Text Marketing heading, select Create Campaign to go to the marketing dashboard.

On the left side of the screen, select the Archive tab.

Find the campaign you want to unarchive:

Use the Search box to find a specific campaign.

In the All Campaigns menu, filter by Text or Email campaigns.

For the campaign to be unarchived, select the Action menu, then select Unarchive.

Select Unarchive again to confirm.
