Archive, Delete, or Unarchive a Campaign

To help organize the marketing dashboard, you can archive, unarchive, or delete your campaigns from the dashboard. Campaigns can only be deleted if they are set as drafts and have not been published yet.

Prerequisites: Requires at least one active email or text campaign.

Archive a Campaign

Archiving a published campaign will no longer send messages to your customers and cannot be turned back on by mistake. However, archived campaigns can be turned back on at any time.

On a Phone

To archive a campaign:

  1. Go to More → Email & Text Marketing.

  2. Select Campaigns.

  3. Select one of the following:

    • All Messages

    • Sent

    • Automated

  4. Optionally, at the top of the screen, filter your campaigns by Email or Text or search for an individual campaign.

  5. Swipe left on the campaign to archive, then select Archive.

  6. Select Archive again to confirm.

On the Web, Tablet, or Pay Desk

To archive a campaign:

  1. Select the Marketing tab.

  2. Under the Email & Text Marketing heading, select Create Campaign to go to the marketing dashboard.

  3. Optionally, on the left side of the screen, select one of the following:

    • All Messages

    • Sent

    • Sending Rueue

    • Automated Sends

  4. Find the campaign to archive:

    • Use the Search box to find a specific campaign.

    • In the All Campaigns list, filter by Text or Email campaigns.

  5. For the campaign you want to archive, select the Action kebab menu, then select Archive.

  6. Select Archive again to confirm.

Delete a Campaign

Campaigns that are still in draft status cannot be archived and can only be deleted. Deleting a draft campaign

On a Phone

To delete a campaign:

  1. Go to More → Email & Text Marketing.

  2. Select Campaigns.

  3. Select Drafts.

  4. Optionally, at the top of the screen, filter your campaigns by Email or Text or search for an individual campaign.

  5. Select the campaign you want to delete, then select Delete.

  6. Select Delete again to confirm.

On the Web, Tablet, or Pay Desk

To delete a campaign:

  1. Select the Marketing tab.

  2. Under the Email & Text Marketing heading, select Create Campaign to go to the marketing dashboard.

  3. On the left side of the screen, select the Draft tab.

  4. Find the campaign you want to delete:

    • Use the Search box to find a specific campaign.

    • In the All Campaigns menu, filter by Text or Email campaigns.

  5. For the campaign to be deleted, select the Action kebab menu, then select Delete.

  6. Select Delete again to confirm.

Unarchive a Campaign

All archived campaigns are grouped together so you have a record of all your previous campaigns. You can unarchive a campaign and reannounce it whenever you want.

On a Phone

To unarchive a campaign:

  1. Go to More → Email & Text Marketing.

  2. Select Campaigns.

  3. Select Archive.

  4. Optionally, at the top of the screen, filter your campaigns by Email or Text or search for an individual campaign.

  5. Select the campaign you want to delete, then select Unarchive.

  6. Select Unarchive again to confirm.

On the Web, Tablet, or Pay Desk

To unarchive a campaign:

  1. Select the Marketing tab.

  2. Under the Email & Text Marketing heading, select Create Campaign to go to the marketing dashboard.

  3. On the left side of the screen, select the Archive tab.

  4. Find the campaign you want to unarchive:

    • Use the Search box to find a specific campaign.

    • In the All Campaigns menu, filter by Text or Email campaigns.

  5. For the campaign to be unarchived, select the Action menu, then select Unarchive.

  6. Select Unarchive again to confirm.
