Download Your Paystubs

When your employer has paid you through Vagaro Payroll, you can download your paystubs from your Employee Profile on the Payroll tab.

Prerequisites: This feature requires Vagaro Payroll and is available only to businesses in the US.

On a Phone

To view and download your paystubs:

  1. Go to More → Settings → Employees → Employee Profiles.

  2. Select Employees to view the employee list.

  3. Select the employee's profile.

  4. In the employee's profile, select the Action kebab menu, then select Payroll.

  5. At the top of the screen, select the Paystubs tab.

  6. Select a Pay Date to view a paystub or Download Paystub to save it to your device.

On the Web, Tablet, or Pay Desk

To view and download your paystubs:

  1. Go to Settings → Employees → Employee Profiles.

  2. At the end of the row of the employee's profile, select the Action kebab menu, then select Payroll.

  3. Select the Paystubs tab.

  4. Select a Pay Date to view a paystub or Download Paystub to save it to your device.
