Download Your Paystubs

When your employer has paid you through Vagaro Payroll, you can download your paystubs from your Employee Profile on the Payroll tab.

Prerequisites: This feature requires Vagaro Payroll and is available only to businesses in the US.

On a Phone

To view and download your paystubs:

  1. Select More This is an icon used to go to the More initial navigation step on the Vagaro website and the Vagaro Pro app. → Settings → Employee Profiles.

  2. Select Employees to view all profiles.

  3. Select the employee's profile.

  4. In the employee's profile, select the Action Three vertically stacked circles, representing a menu or more options icon. menu, then select Payroll.

  5. At the top of the screen, select the Paystubs tab.

  6. Select a Pay Date to view a paystub or Download Paystub to save it to your device.

On a Computer, Tablet, Pay Desk, or PayPro

To view and download your paystubs:

  1. Select Settings gear → Employee Profiles.

  2. At the end of the row of the employee's profile, select the Action Three vertically stacked circles, representing a menu or more options icon. menu, then select Payroll.

  3. Select the Paystubs tab.

  4. Select a Pay Date to view a paystub or Download Paystub to save it to your device.
