Off-site appointments (mobile services performed outside of your business location) are marked on the calendar with a car icon in the appointment block. You can send a notification to your customer to let them know when you’re on the way to their location and when you have arrived. You can also use the Vagaro Pro app for directions to your customer’s location.
Mobile service appointments are identified on your calendar with a car icon:
Prerequisites: This feature is available only on mobile phones.
Note
Sending mobile service notifications to your customers and GPS navigation requires that Location Services is enabled on your phone. Refer to your device’s documentation for instructions.
To notify customers about their mobile service:

Go to the Calendar
screen, then select the calendar you want to view.

Select the mobile service appointment, select Mobile Service, and then one of the following options:

I’m On My Way: Notify the customer that you are on your way to their location.

Get Directions: Go to the customer’s location using the directions provided by the Vagaro Pro app.

I Have Arrived: Notify the customer to let them know that you have arrived at their location.
