The Payroll History report shows you all the payroll periods you've submitted and closed out in the past. You can sort the report by year, by quarter (three months), or by your chosen payroll frequency.
Note
You must close out your payroll and mark it paid before seeing it in your payroll history. Click here to learn more.
Reporting of Payroll Frequencies:
When running a Payroll Report for one year, any payroll frequencies that ended in that year will be included in the report. For example, A payroll period from Dec. 27, 2022, to Jan. 3, 2023, will be included in the 2023 report, not 2022.

Is vagaro eventually going to have a full payroll meaning taking taxes out and paying them thru the app?
Hello Jacqueline,
I don't foresee us becoming a full payroll accounting software. That isn't to say things can't change by business demand/request in the future, but I haven't heard about this being on our programming road map.
Can you view payroll from a mobile device ?
Ray: No, you can't view Payroll from a mobile device. Reporting is limited on mobile.
Is there a way to print the employees payroll after processing it? I can print the report but it's so tiny, I could cut it into tiny strips, but they can't see the categories. I want to be able to show each staff their pay calculations. Or is there a way for them to view it on their own devices after it's processed?
Hi Carrie... there doesn't seem to be a way to do what you want. I might suggest, as a workaround, that you could run the payroll for individual employees without closing it out, print or create a PDF of each report for each employee and then run the entire payroll report in order to close and process. Probably not a great workaround if you have a lot of employees, but that's what I can think of. Consider adding this as a new feature request!
