Cancel or reschedule service appointments or classes from either on the Vagaro customer app or Vagaro.com. The business will be notified of the change and their calendar will be updated accordingly.
Important
The business has the option to not allow customers to cancel or reschedule online. If this is the case, you must contact the business to reschedule or cancel.
Prerequisites: You must have booked at least one appointment with a business.
If you change your mind about the service or class you booked, you can reschedule it on Vagaro without contacting the business. You can reschedule the booking to another time or even change the service or class you want to book.
Note
If you paid for your appointment in full, you can only change your appointment to another service or class that costs the same.
To reschedule a service or class:

At the bottom of the screen, select Appointments .

On the Upcoming tab, select Reschedule in the appointment.

If the business doesn't allow customers to reschedule online, you must contact the business instead.

Choose a new date, time, service provider, service, or class for the appointment, then reschedule. The steps for rescheduling are similar to when you first scheduled the service or class.
To reschedule a service or class:

In the top-right corner, hover over or select your profile, then select Appointments.

On the Upcoming tab, select Reschedule in the appointment.

If the business doesn't allow customers to reschedule online, you must contact the business instead.

Choose a new date, time, service provider, service, or class for the appointment, then reschedule. The steps for rescheduling are similar to when you first scheduled the service or class.
If the service or class no longer fits your schedule, you can cancel it from Vagaro.
To cancel a service or class:

At the bottom of the screen, select Appointments .

On the Upcoming tab, find the appointment you want to cancel and expand the More list.

In the list, select Cancel Appointment.
A popup will display depending on the scenario:

If you can cancel the appointment, a popup will be displayed confirming you want to cancel the appointment.

If you paid a deposit for the appointment and can't receive a refund, select the acknowledge box and then select Cancel Appointment.

If the business charges a cancellation fee, use your credit card on file or add a new card, select the acknowledge box and then select Cancel Appointment: [$fee].

If the business doesn't allow online cancellations, a popup will display with the business's phone number.
