After entering your information, you'll have the option to list the services you offer, including for business types like beauty, wellness, fitness, and more. The options you select will help us prepopulate your service menu in Vagaro. Your service menu is shown to customers on your booking page, allowing them to book. However, it also sets your Business Type in Vagaro. Your Business Type determines which searches your business appears in.
After choosing your services, enter your credit card information to continue. A temporary validation charge will be applied to your card, and the amount will be refunded immediately. It’s simply a verification step to confirm your payment method before your account is created. You won't be charged for your subscription until after your trial is over.
After entering your credit card information, you'll have the option to sign up for Vagaro Credit Card Processing.
Vagaro Credit Card Processing makes it easy to accept payments in a way that fits how you run your business. Whether you’re checking out in person, online, or on the go, payments are processed securely and flow straight into your Vagaro reports, so there’s no juggling systems or second-guessing numbers. Tips, refunds, and deposits are all handled in one place, giving you a clear picture of your revenue without extra spreadsheets or manual work. It’s designed to keep checkout smooth for your customers and bookkeeping simpler for you, because getting paid should feel effortless, not like another task on your to-do list.
If you choose the Free Contactless Credit Card Reader option, you’ll be able to order your Vagaro hardware right away. Your one-time discount applies to any payment device, including the Vagaro Credit Card Reader and PayPro Mini. You’re free to order additional hardware if you need it, and there’s no pressure to use the discount immediately since it stays available for a future purchase.

Once your business is created, the Vagaro setup wizard guides you through the first steps of building your account, including setting your hours, choosing a theme, and adding facility details. You’re free to step away and return whenever you’re ready. Continuing the setup lets you personalize your business with descriptions, hours, and important details for customers, helping your account feel familiar and ready before you go live.
