Whether you're ready to get started with your free 30-day trial of Vagaro or keep using Vagaro, just log into your account in the Vagaro Pro App or at www.vagaro.com.
For extra security, Vagaro uses two-factor authentication, which requires you and your employees to enter a security code before you are successfully logged in. This request helps prevent unauthorized access to accounts. Every Vagaro business requires a two-factor verification every 30 days.
Prerequisites: The steps below require a Vagaro business account. If you are trying to log in as a customer of a business, sign in to your Vagaro customer account.
Note
Your password is case-sensitive. If you're having trouble logging in, reset your password or contact Vagaro Support for assistance.
If you are already signed in on vagaro.com and want to go to your business profile settings, select Go to My Business next to your profile icon.
To log into the Vagaro Pro app:

Open the Vagaro Pro app and select Log In.

Enter your login information.

Select Login.

If you are prompted to enter a security code, check your text messages or email for the code, and then enter it on the screen.
Tip
Depending on your phone's settings, the security code may automatically be entered for you.
To log into Vagaro.com:

Go to https://vagaro.com.

In the top-right corner, select Login.

Enter your login information.

Select Login.

If you are prompted to verify your phone number or email address:

Enter your phone number or email address used to sign up with Vagaro.

Check your text messages or email for the security code from Vagaro.

Enter that code on the screen, and then select Next.

Optionally, to change the screen to show the Calendar, Checkout, or Dashboard every time you log in:

Select your profile image or icon at the top of the screen.

Hover over Open at Login, then select Calendar, Checkout, or Dashboard.

How do I set up deposit to my business account
Hi Sandy: Deposit what to your business account? When you add credit card processing to your Vagaro account, you provide details of your business's bank account, and credit card receipts are automatically deposited. The same is for Vagaro Pay Later, which requires credit card processing and deposits your proceeds from sales completed using VPL deposit into that account.
