Using a phone or tablet? We recommend downloading the Vagaro or Vagaro Pro app. The Vagaro Pro app is required to access your business account on mobile devices.

Customer Account: Needed to book appointments with businesses that use Vagaro. If you’ve ever visited a Vagaro business, you likely already have an account.

Business Account: Used by business account owners and employees to manage a Vagaro business. This account type is created when signing up for a Vagaro subscription or when an employee is added to a business.

Prerequisites: The steps below require a Vagaro account.
If you're a customer of a Vagaro business, log in to your Vagaro account to view your upcoming appointments or book a new one with a business. If you haven't created an account yet but previously booked with a business on Vagaro, contact the business, and they can send you temporary login details.
To log into your Vagaro account:

Download the Vagaro App.

Open the app, then in the bottom-right corner, select Profile
.

Enter your Username or Email and Password, then select Login

Alternatively, you can sign in with your Facebook, Google, or Apple account.

If you don't remember your password, select Forgot your password? to reset your password.

If you're prompted to enter a verification code, check your phone for a text message or email for an authentication code, enter it on the screen, then select Verify.

On a Phone or Tablet Browser: In the top-left corner, select the Vagaro icon, then select Login.

How do I set up deposit to my business account
Hi Sandy: Deposit what to your business account? When you add credit card processing to your Vagaro account, you provide details of your business's bank account, and credit card receipts are automatically deposited. The same is for Vagaro Pay Later, which requires credit card processing and deposits your proceeds from sales completed using VPL deposit into that account.
