Add Marketing Links to Text Campaigns – Vagaro Support

You can add marketing links to your text campaigns to direct customers to specific pages, such as your booking page, service menu, or gift cards. We recommend inserting links using this process instead of copying and pasting. Vagaro marketing links are automatically shortened to save characters and are less likely to be flagged as spam.

You can add the following links to your text campaign:

Visit Our Page: Directs customers to the About page on your Vagaro Listing Page.
Our Service Menu: Directs customers to your service menu.
See Our Work: Directs customers to your business portfolio.
Book With Us 24/7: Directs customers to your booking page.
Our Staff: Directs customers to your staff page.
Gift Certificates: Directs customers to your gift cards page. Requires the Online Shopping Cart feature.
Buy Our Products: Directs customers to your products page. Requires the Online Shopping Cart feature.
Leave A Review: Directs customers to a new page where they can leave a review for your business.
Classes: Directs customers to your class menu.
Promo Codes: Add a promo code to your campaign.
Daily Deal: Directs customers to your Daily Deal.
Form: Directs the customer to a form that they can fill out. Requires the Forms feature.
Other: Add a custom link.

Prerequisites: This feature requires a text marketing plan with an approved phone number.

On a Phone

To create a marketing link:

Select More → Email & Text Marketing.
At the bottom of the screen, select Create Campaign.
Choose delivery method and subject line:
1. Select Text as the delivery method.
2. Enter the Text Subject Line. This subject line is visible only to you, not to customers. You can customize the header with the following options:
  - Select Enhance with Vera to write your subject with AI.
  - While editing the subject line, select Insert First Name or Insert First & Last to add a placeholder.
3. Select Next.
From the campaign setup screen, select Text Message and begin drafting your campaign.
1. In the Compose Text field, enter your text message. A preview of your message appears.
2. Select Insert Link , then choose the type you want to add, such as Visit Our Page, Our Service Menu, Leave a Review, or Other.
3. Select Save.
From the campaign setup screen, select the checkbox to confirm you've reviewed all changes for accuracy, then select Start or Send.

This link will be added to your campaign and sent to customers. If customers open or book through the link, it will be tracked in the campaign's success report.

On a Computer, Tablet, Pay Desk, or PayPro

To create a marketing link:

Go to Marketing , then select Create Campaign under Email & Text Marketing.
On the campaign dashboard, select Create Campaign in the top-left corner. The Delivery Method pop-up appears.

From the campaign setup screen, select Text Message and begin drafting your campaign.
1. In the Compose Text field, enter your text message. A preview of your message appears.
