Add Marketing Links to Text Campaigns – Vagaro Support

You can add marketing links to your text campaigns to direct customers to specific pages, such as your booking page, service menu, or gift cards. We recommend inserting links using this process instead of copying and pasting. Vagaro marketing links are automatically shortened to save characters and are less likely to be flagged as spam.

Prerequisites: This feature requires a text marketing plan with an approved phone number.

On a Phone

To create a marketing link:

Select More → Email & Text Marketing → Create Campaign.
Under Select Delivery Method, select Text.
Enter a Text Campaign Name. This name is used to label your campaign and is not shown to customers.
Configure your campaign settings based on one of the following campaign types, then select Next.
Enter your campaign message, select the Compose Text box, and then select Link .
From the Insert Link page, select the link type you want to add. For example, you can add the following marketing links to your message:
- Visit Our Page: Directs customers to the About page on your Vagaro Listing Page.
- Our Service Menu: Directs customers to your service menu.
- See Our Work: Directs customers to your business portfolio.
- Book With Us 24/7: Directs customers to your booking page.
- Our Staff: Directs customers to your staff page.
- Gift Certificates: Directs customers to your gift cards page. Requires the Online Shopping Cart feature.
- Buy Our Products: Directs customers to your products page. Requires the Online Shopping Cart feature.
- Leave A Review: Directs customers to a new page where they can leave a review for your business.
- Classes: Directs customers to your class menu.
- Promo Codes: Add a promo code to your campaign.
- Daily Deal: Directs customers to your Daily Deal.
- Form: Directs the customer to a form that they can fill out. Requires the Forms feature.
- Other: Add a custom link.
Preview and announce your message:
1. Preview your message. Optionally, to send a preview to yourself, select Send Text Preview.

  Sending a preview to yourself will use credits from your text plan.
2. Select Next.
3. Choose when you're message will send, confirm that you've reviewed your message, and then select Announce.

On a Computer, Tablet, Pay Desk, or PayPro

To create a marketing link:

Go to Marketing , then select Create Campaign under Email & Text Marketing.
On the marketing dashboard, select Create Campaign.
Next to Select Delivery Method, select Text.
Enter a Campaign Text Subject. This subject is used to label your campaign and is not shown to customers.
Configure your campaign settings based on one of the following campaign types, then select Next.
Enter your campaign message, then in the Compose Text, select Create Link .
In the menu, select the link type you want to add. For example, you can add the following marketing links to your message.

Confirm that you've reviewed your campaign, then select Announce.
