View Upcoming Appointments - for Customers of a Vagaro Business – Vagaro Support

To see all upcoming appointments and classes from your profile, follow these steps:

Vagaro App

Once you log in, tap the Profile icon at the bottom-right of the screen.
Select Appointments.
Tap the Upcoming tab to see all future appointments and classes you've booked with any Vagaro business.
The display shows the name of the business, the service you booked, the person providing the service, and the date and time of the appointment. You also can see how much you paid and the status of the appointment.
Tap Reschedule to change the date and time of the appointment.
Tap More for additional options.
- Tap Get Directions to view the location of the business and get directions.
- Tap Add to Calendar to add the appointment to your device's calendar app.
- Tap View Business to see the business's information page.
- Tap Cancel Appointment to cancel.
  
  You'll see a pop-up confirmation to cancel, and the appointment will then show as cancelled.

Log into your Vagaro account, open your profile page, and click Appointments.
Click the Upcoming tab to view all future appointments and classes you've booked with any Vagaro business.
The display shows the name of the business, the service you booked, the person providing the service, and the date and time of the appointment. You also can see how much you paid and the status of the appointment.
To get to the online booking page, select the name of the business.
To change the date and time of your appointment, click Reschedule.
Click More to get directions, see business information, or cancel the appointment.

When you cancel, you'll get a pop-up confirmation screen, and then the appointment will be marked as Cancelled on the page.
