To manage and keep track of all upcoming appointments and classes from your profile, follow these steps:
Vagaro App
1. Once you log in, tap the Profile icon at the bottom-right of the screen.
2. Select Appointments.
3. Select the Upcoming tab to view all future appointments and classes you have booked with any Vagaro business.
4. You specifically can see the name of the business, the service you booked, the person providing the service, and the date and time of the appointment. You also can see how much you paid and the status of the appointment.
5. Tap Reschedule to book the service for another date and time. Tap More to cancel it.
6. Once you tap More, you'll see a few options. Select Get Directions to find the location of the business. Tap Add to Calendar to add the appointment to the calendar that's linked to the device you are using.
Tap View Business to get to the online booking page. Tap Cancel Appointment if you are not able to make it to the service.
7. If you selected Cancel Appointment in the previous step, you'll see a popup asking you to confirm the cancellation. Tap OK.
Vagaro.com
1. Once you log into the Vagaro account, hover over the image or profile initials at the top-right of the screen. Then select Appointments.
2. Click the Upcoming tab to see all future appointments and classes. You can see the name of the business, the service, the person who's providing the service, as well as the Date and Time of the appointment.
On the right side of the screen, you can see the status and the amount you paid. If you select the name of the business, it takes you to the online booking page.
3. To schedule the appointment for another date and time, click Reschedule. Remember, each business is able to set a specific rescheduling policy.
4. If you click More, you'll see a few options. Click Get Directions to find the location of the business. Click View Business to view the online booking page. Click Cancel Appointment if you are not able to make it to the service.
5. When canceling the appointment, you'll see a popup asking you to confirm the cancellation. Click OK.
6. On the right side of the screen, you can see that the status of the service has been changed to Cancelled.
