Edit a Customer's Points Balance

Automatically award points to customers for checking out after their services and classes, purchasing products, and even leaving a review on your Vagaro Listing Page. Points can be redeemed at checkout, for either the full or partial amount of points, instead of paying with cash. You can also manually update a customer's point balance to give them more points for reasons such as being a new customer, referring a friend or family member, or as a promotional offer.

If the customer has any points, the point balance will display in their customer profile and on the Checkout screen next to their name.
