Open a customer's profile to see everything you know about a client in one place. Use it before an appointment to review their visit history and notes, during checkout to check balances or apply a membership, or any time you need to update their contact info, tags, or reminder settings.
The profile is organized into tabs. The tabs you see depend on whether you're on the Vagaro Pro App or a computer, and which features are turned on for your business.
Prerequisites: This feature is available for all Vagaro businesses.

The profile is organized into tabs. The tabs you see depend on the device you're using and the features turned on for your business. Use the tabs at the top of the screen to switch between information such as appointments, purchases, memberships, and notes so you can manage the customer experience in one place.

Profile: The default tab. Shows the customer's contact details, card on file, family and friends, appointment reminder settings, tags, login info, and custom fields (if you're on a computer).

Data (Vagaro Pro Only): A summary of the customer's account activity, sales, points, appointments, classes, cancellations, no-shows, last visit, check-ins, and custom fields.

Appointments: The customer's appointment history, including dates, services, providers, status, and payment amounts.

Classes: Classes the customer has booked, with the class date, status, instructor, and payment details.

Check-Ins: If you've activated the Check-in App feature, it will show the customer’s check-in history.

Products: Products the customer has purchased.

IOU (Computer Only): Any IOUs saved on the customer's account.

Notes: Customer notes, including when each note was added and its type.

E-Prescribe: If you have E-Prescribe active, prescribe and view your customer's prescriptions.

SOAP: Create and review the customer's SOAP Notes.

Forms: See the forms the customer has filled out or send them one.

Files: Upload and manage the customer's appointment files, customer files, and form files.

Gift Cards (GC): Gift cards associated with the customer.

Packages: The customer's packages.

Memberships: The customer's memberships, with purchase details, billing frequency, and balances.

Invoices: Invoices associated with the customer profile.
