If you've set up your service menu to reward customers for their purchases, your customers will slowly begin earning points as they visit your business. Their points balance will be shown in their customer profile or on the checkout screen next to their name.

Redeeming a customer's points in the Checkout screen on the web version
Manually edit a customer’s points to correct errors, make exceptions, or offer personalized service. If points were not automatically awarded because of a missed transaction, you can add them manually to ensure the balance is accurate. You can also add points as a goodwill gesture after a service delay or to thank a loyal customer. If needed, you can reduce a customer’s points balance or remove all points entirely. This may be necessary if a customer returns a product, cancels a service, or receives points by mistake.
