The Employee Sales report shows how much each of your employees sold over a date range. See the number of services, classes, products, memberships, and packages sold, their prices, and the tips, taxes, and fees collected. Select an employee’s name to view their individual transactions.
All sales figures shown are after discounts and refunds. Deductions for points are not included.
Prerequisites: This feature is available for all Vagaro businesses.

Service Provider: The employee’s name.

Appts: Appointments checked out with the employee.

Unique Customers: Different customers checked out with the employee.
-
Customer Visits: Times a customer checked out with the employee. May be lower than Appts if a customer checked out multiple appointments in one visit.

Services: Services checked out with the employee.

Services Sales: Value of those services.
-
Services Add-Ons: Service add-ons checked out with the employee.
-
Service Add-On Sales: Value of those add-ons.

Classes: Classes checked out with the employee.
-
Class Sales: Value of those classes.

Class Add-On Sales: Value of class add-ons checked out with the employee.

Products: Products checked out with the employee.

Avg Product Qty Sold Per Visit: Average products sold per customer visit (products sold ÷ customer visits).

Product Sales: Revenue from products checked out with the employee.
-
Avg Product Sales Per Visit: Average product sales per customer visit (product sales ÷ customer visits).

Memberships: Memberships checked out with the employee.

Membership Sales: Value of those memberships.

Gift Cards: Gift cards checked out with the employee.

Gift Card Sales: Value of those gift cards.

Packages: Packages checked out with the employee.

Package Sales: Value of those packages.

Tips: Tips intended for the employee.

Taxes: Tax collected on the employee’s transactions.

Fees: Fees collected on the employee’s transactions.

Total: All money collected from the employee’s sales, tips, taxes, and fees.
On a phone, the Employee Sales report shows a separate card for each employee's sales transactions for the selected date range.
To run the Employee Sales report:
You can drill into the report to see each transaction.
To drill through each transaction:

Select a card to view customer transactions.

Optionally, work with the transactions:

Select Search
to find transactions by date, customer name, item sold, or transaction type.

In the top-right corner, select Action
, then select Print to get a hard copy, or Export PDF or Export Excel.

Optionally, view a customer's receipt:

Select a transaction to open its receipt.

In the top-right corner, select Action
, then select Print to resend or print the customer's receipt.

You can drill into the report to see each transaction.
To drill through each transaction:

Select a service provider to see each transaction.

Optionally, work with the transactions:

Select a column header to sort by that column.

In the Search by date, customer, employee, item sold, or transaction ID field, enter your search terms.

Select Export
or Print
.

Optionally, at the end of the transaction, select Receipt to view, reprint, or send the receipt to the customer via email.
