The screenshots below show examples of appointment notifications and reminders sent to customers via email and text when appointments are booked.
Customers receive this notification after an appointment is booked in-house or over the phone. It is sent shortly after the booking is made and provides the appointment's details. If the customer booked the appointment online, the details will be sent only via push notification; there will be no text message. However, if the customer booked the appointment online for someone on their Family & Friends list, the family or friend will receive both a push notification and a text message at the number provided for the booking.

This notification lets the client confirm if they will be at the appointment. It is especially helpful in discouraging no-shows. A confirmation request is typically sent 72 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Where is the resend confirmation option?
There needs to be options to resend a text or email confirmation.
I am too busy to go throw and message each one of my clients from my personal phone.
