In your Email & Text Notification settings, you can add a custom message to appointment emails sent to your customers. While the main content of the email can’t be edited, this message is a great way to include extra details—like directions to your business, parking info, or anything clients should know before their appointment.
Prerequisites: This feature is available for all Vagaro businesses.
To add a message to email reminders:

Go to Email & Text Notifications.

On a Phone: Go to → → → .

On the Web, Tablet, or Pay Desk: Go to → → .

Make sure your appointment notification settings are turned on.

Scroll down to Include this message in appointment emails, then enter a message to your customers.

Select Save.
