The Calendar gives you a simple view of your upcoming appointments, classes, and tasks. After you log in, your calendar opens automatically. If you don’t have one, the first employee’s calendar shows by default. You can update this in Calendar Configuration.
If you have permission, you can switch between employee calendars, view classes or resources, filter by service category, see who’s in today, or open multiple calendars at once.
Prerequisites: This feature is available for all businesses. Depending on their Access Level, employees may not have access to some features.
Use In Today to quickly see everyone scheduled to work. Vagaro automatically pulls in any employee whose working hours show they’re available today. Even if their calendar is blocked with a personal task or they have zero bookings, they’ll still show as In Today.
Note
Keep in mind that you can only see up to seven (phone), 15 (tablet), and 25 (computer) calendars at a time.
To see who's in today:

screen.

Jump to the day you want to see who's available.

Your calendar will switch to the Day view and select every available employee's calendar.
To see who's in today:

If you want to see who's in on a specific day, jump to that date on the calendar.

In the bottom-left corner, select the In Today menu, then choose an option:

To see who's in on a specific day, select the date you're currently on.

To see who's working on today's date, select In Today

Your calendar will switch to the Day view and select every available employee's calendar.
You can switch between service provider calendars to view upcoming services or classes, the class calendar to see all classes in one view, or choose a resource calendar if your business has resources set up to see all appointments tied to that resource. When viewing only upcoming classes, the calendar isn’t divided by employee and instead shows all scheduled class sessions in one view, regardless of the instructor. You can select multiple employee and/or resource calendars at the same time for a high-level overview of your business, with the number of calendars you can view depending on the calendar view and the device you’re using.
To switch to another calendar:

Go to the Calendar

In the top-right corner, select Menu

Select the calendars you want to view:

To view one employee's calendar, select their name.

To view multiple employees at a time, select the bubbles next to their names.

To show all class sessions in one calendar, select Classes under Employees.

To view a resource's calendar, under Resources, select the bubble next to each resource to view its calendar.

If you don't want to see a calendar, clear the checkmark.

Select Show Selected to update your calendar.

To view multiple employees at a time, select the box next to their name or select the box next to Employees to select all.

To show all class sessions in one calendar, select Classes under Employees.

To view a resource's calendar, under Resources, select the bubble next to each resource or select the box next to Resources to select all.

If you don't want to see a calendar, clear the checkbox.
As you select each calendar, it loads automatically on-screen so you can move between schedules in real time. If multiple calendars are selected, scroll horizontally to view the remaining schedules.
If you're on a computer, you can filter the calendar to display only employees who perform services or classes in specific categories. This keeps your booking flow clean and helps ensure customers are scheduled with the right service provider.

Select the checkboxes for each category you want to view.
As you select each calendar, it loads automatically on-screen so you can move between schedules in real time. If multiple calendars are selected, scroll horizontally to view the remaining schedules.
