The 24-hour setting determines whether the calendar will show the entire day (from 12:00 AM to 11:59 PM) or only your employees' working hours.
-
When the 24 hrs setting is turned off: The hours shown on the calendar are determined by the earliest start and latest end times entered in an employee's profile. It also includes a one-hour buffer time to accommodate appointments that start a bit before working hours and appointments that run late. If you’re viewing more than one calendar, it combines those schedules and displays the full time range covering the earliest and latest hours of the selected employees.
-
When the 24 hrs setting is turned on: The calendar shows the full day, regardless of the employees' scheduled working hours.
Note
If you have the 24 hrs setting turned off and an appointment is booked outside of the hours shown on screen, your calendar will update to show that booking.
-
On the Vagaro Pro App: The system switches to the 24-hour view to display all appointments.
-
On a Computer: Bookings outside this range are hidden but can be viewed by selecting the down arrow
at the bottom of the Calendar.
Prerequisites: This feature is available for all Vagaro businesses.
