Connect by Vagaro with multi-location functionality helps enterprise businesses manage customer communication from one place or through multiple locations. You can share customer profiles and sync your text marketing toll-free number across multiple locations. Plus, if you're subscribed to Vagaro AI, your chatbot can manage messages from all locations—keeping the experience personalized. You can also send booking links for individual locations or let customers choose which one to visit.
Prerequisites: This feature requires your business to be set up as a multi-location within a group.
From your multi-location settings, share customer profiles between locations, allowing you to send messages to a larger list of customers.
To share customers between locations:
Sync your text plan and toll-free number from one flagship location to all locations within a group. With all locations synced together, incoming messages from all locations will be funneled to the selected flagship, and only the flagship will be able to send and view customer messages.
Note
All sub-locations can still access and send messages to coworkers, and any individual text plans used for text marketing will not be affected.
To set up Connect by Vagaro for multi-location:

Go to

Select the multi-location group to be edited.

Scroll down to Sync Text Plan for Connect and toggle it on.

In the Choose Text Plan Location menu, choose the phone number to be synced across all locations.
Note
This list will only display flagships. If you haven't assigned a flagship, toggle on Sync Settings and choose one.

Select Save. All sublocations will no longer have access to Connect by Vagaro.
Set up a personal chatbot for your business with Vagaro AI that takes over customer communication by providing automated responses to messages on Connect by Vagaro. Vagaro AI will respond to messages from your Vagaro Listing Page and via SMS.
Enabling the Sync Text Plan for Connect setting will change how your chatbot functions. Instead of having an individual chatbot for each location, Vagaro AI will prompt customers to choose a location they want to book with. Enabling Vagaro AI with Connect by Vagaro will charge an additional monthly subscription on a tiered pricing system.

Businesses that sync their text plan will notice that a Choose Booking Link Type popup displays when generating links for messages.
To generate a link:

Go to Connect by Vagaro:

On a Phone or Tablet: Download or open the Connect app.

On the Web: Log in to your Vagaro business, then select the Chat Bubble button.

Create a new chat or select an ongoing chat.

Open the links menu:

On a Phone or Tablet: In the bottom-left corner, select the Plus + icon, then select Vagaro Links.

On the Web: In the chat box, select the Link
button.

Choose the link to generate, like Book With Us 24/7, Visit Our Page, and so on. The Choose Booking Link Type popup will be displayed.

In the popup, choose an option, then select Add Booking Link.

All Locations: When the customer clicks the link, they'll be prompted to choose the location they want to view.

Single Location: Choose a specific location you want the customer to see.

Send the message to the customer.
