Connect by Vagaro is available for all businesses, booth renters, and employees using Vagaro. This means that your employees or booth renters can use your account to send and reply to customer messages, which may incur charges for the business account. If you want to restrict or block your employees' ability to send messages and reply to customers, you'll need to update your employees' Access Levels to restrict access to Connect by Vagaro.
Note
Restricting employee access to Connect by Vagaro will only prevent employees from viewing and/or replying to customer messages. Even if they've been restricted, employees can still chat with other employees at your business through Connect by Vagaro. Messaging other team members does not incur any charges.
Prerequisites: You must assign Access Levels to an employee before the restrictions apply.
To restrict access to Connect by Vagaro:

Go to Access Levels.

On a Phone: Go to → → → .

On the Web, Tablet, or Pay Desk: Go to → → .

In the list of Access Levels, select the More button for the access level to be modified, and then select Edit.

Scroll down to Connect by Vagaro (Customers), and choose a configuration:

Select View and Modify to allow employees to send, view, and reply to customer messages.

Only select View to restrict employees from replying to customer messages.

Deselect both options to block employees with this access from viewing and replying to customer messages.

Select Save.

Repeat the steps above for any other Access Levels.
