You may want to delete unused form and SOAP note templates to declutter your list of forms and make them easier to find and sort through. Deleting a form or SOAP note template will not remove any submitted responses from your customers' profiles.
Prerequisites: This feature require Forms, which is currently available only on the web version of Vagaro.
To delete a template:

Go to Forms
.

For the form to be removed, select Action
→ .

Select Delete Form or Delete SOAP to confirm.
