Duplicate a Form & SOAP Note Template – Vagaro Support

Duplicating a form or SOAP note template allows you to create a copy of your template and make changes and edits without having to recreate it or lose any information from the previous version. If you don't want to start from scratch, you can duplicate an existing template.

Note

Duplicating a template will not copy over customer responses.

Prerequisites: This feature require Forms, which is currently available only on the web version of Vagaro.

To duplicate a template:

Go to Forms .
For the form you want to duplicate, select Action → Duplicate.
From the form designer, make changes as needed.
In the top-left corner, select Settings to access your form's settings, and then make any necessary changes.
Publish your form:
- To save this form as a draft and publish it later, in the top-right corner, select Save as Draft.
  
  This form is saved in form management and can be published at a later time.
- To see a preview of your form and how it'll look for your customers, in the top-right corner, select Preview.
  
  You can select the Computer , Tablet , or Phone icon to see how your form will look on each device.
- To publish your form, go to Settings, then in the top-right corner, select Publish.
  
  Your form is saved in form management.
