You can choose to allow or block your employees from filling out, viewing, sending, modifying, and deleting customer SOAP notes and forms. You can also allow or block your employees from creating, editing, and deleting any form and SOAP note templates at your business. If you give your employees and service providers access to forms and SOAP notes, they can view all customer responses within your business.
Prerequisites: This feature requires at least one Access Level to have already been set up and one or more employees assigned to it.
To control employee access to forms and SOAP notes:

Go to Access Levels.

On a phone: Go to → → →

On the Web, Tablet, or Pay Desk: Go to → → .

For the Access Level to be modified, select the Action menu, then select Edit.

Scroll down to the Customers and Forms sections and configure the following Access Levels:
Tip
Deselect View and Modify to block employee access to forms and SOAP notes completely.

Customer Notes, SOAP Notes, Forms & Files: Control who can view, edit, delete, and fill out forms and SOAP notes.

View: This employee can view, but not edit, customer SOAP note and form responses. This employee can still send a form to a customer.

Modify: This employee can fill out a form for a customer, view their responses, and delete them.

Forms Management: Control who can view, edit, or delete SOAP note and form templates.

View: This employee can view SOAP note and form templates but can't edit or delete them.

Modify: This employee can view, edit, and delete any form and SOAP note template.
