On the Forms page, you can convert forms to SOAP notes and vice versa. All of your customer responses are preserved during the conversion process. You may want to convert a form to a SOAP note if you want the enhanced security of SOAP note and need to document interactions with your clients more clinically, especially in fields like massage therapy, physical therapy, esthetics, or other wellness services.
Prerequisites: This feature require Forms, which is currently available only on the web version of Vagaro.
To convert a form or SOAP note:

Go to Forms
.

For the form or SOAP note you want to convert, select Action
, then choose an option:

To convert a form to a SOAP note, select Convert to SOAP.

To convert a SOAP note to a form, select Convert to Form.

Confirm that you want to convert this form or SOAP note.
Keep in mind that SOAP notes don't have settings. All settings you configured for your form will not apply to the new SOAP note template.
