Use Vera to write or polish business descriptions, employee bios, and service descriptions on your booking page. It's helpful if you're not sure what tone to use or you find writing this kind of copy tough. From refining your service descriptions to polishing your employee's bio, Vera offers a simple way to improve the professionalism of your booking page. You can also use Vera to improve the messaging in your Email & Text Marketing campaigns.
Please note that with Vera, each profile has a limit of 50 responses per field per day. For instance, if you try to generate a response in your Business Description field more than 50 times, you will reach the limit. However, you can still generate 50 more responses by moving to another field, such as an employee's biography.

To enhance with Vera:

Go to any of the following fields that can be enhanced with Vagaro AI:

If applicable, write a rough description in the text field, giving the AI enough context. For example:

My cancellation policy is 24-hour notice.

My name is Samantha Robins, and I've worked as a stylist for 15 years, I love cats, and have over 300 clients.

Select the Vagaro AI
button to Enhance with AI.

Configure the AI's response:

Tone: Change the tone of the AI's writing. For example, you can make the response more friendly, professional, trendy, and so on.

Length: Change the word count of the AI's response.

Optionally, select Regenerate to create a variation of the response.

Select Use this Text to paste the response into the field you enhanced.

Save any changes made to the page.
