Tip receipts allow the customer to manually sign for and add a tip to their purchase. Once filled out, you can just enter the tip to finalize the payment. Keep in mind that this feature is only available for the web version of Vagaro.
Prerequisites: This feature requires Credit Card Processing.
To allow tip receipts:

Go to Checkout.

Open the Checkout Settings:

Vagaro Pro App: In the top-right corner, select the Gear icon.

Web Version: In the bottom-right corner of the screen, select the down arrow button, then select Checkout Settings.

Turn off Require Digital Signature.

Select Save.
To print a tip receipt:

Go to Checkout or check out an appointment from the Calendar.

Ensure you have a customer selected and that their shopping cart is ready for checkout.

Process payment through a card on file or with a credit card reader. The Print Receipt popup will display after processing the card.

In the popup, select Print Tip Receipt.
Important
This is a receipt for the merchant for documentation purposes. Do not navigate away from this page; this will cancel the transaction, and no payment will be collected.

Have the customer write in a tip amount and sign the merchant copy of the receipt.

Enter the written tip amount in the Customer Checkout popup. You can either select one of the pre-determined tip percentages or enter a Custom tip.

Select Charge Card to finalize payment.
